As the opening of classes for the school year 2025-2026 draws near, we are keen to make this time a joyful and enthusiastic part for the children of our community. In line with this, we have planned a special event aimed at fostering excitement and readiness among the learners of Sitio _____, ________, _______ City.

With this regard, we humbly seek your permission to conduct a feeding program for 30 children in Sitio _____, ________, Lapu-Lapu City on _____, at _____ pm. Also, part of the program would be games wherein the prizes are school supplies.  

We ensure that the activity aligns with health and safety protocols to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved as this initiative aims to inspire our learners to have a positive outlook as they embark on another academic year.
