A POEM FOR THE WORLD’S BEST MOTHER

Ma, you are the best mama in the world
For our future, you’d always do the best you could
You may not be able to give us the best of everything
But nothing compares to your love, care and understanding.

Ma, I have witnessed all your sacrifices for our family
You work so hard and always keep yourself very busy
You constantly remind us to do good as what God wants us to be
And you really want us to achieve our dreams and be happy.

Ma, now that I already have what I prayed in life
I finished school, got a stable job and became a legal wife
I just want to let you know that I am beyond grateful
For guiding and helping me make my dreams possible.

Ma, I love you very dearly
I may not tell you this regularly
And if given the chance to choose a Mother
Who cares… I already got the best one ever!
